1. Please follow the guidelines to use Springer-template when preparing your paper for submission. Each paper should not be more than 8 pages. Each additional page will be charged an extra fee of $10. Download Springer Template & Sample
2. Please refer to Springer Nature’s proceedings website where nearly all information relevant to contributing authors regarding the proceedings publication process can be found. Please download and read the authors’ guidelines, which are available on the website. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at ictacontact@ictu.edu.vn. 
3. Please familiarize yourself with the Springer Nature Guide to Copyright and Permissions, which contains advice on including third-party content or material that you have created yourself and published elsewhere in your manuscript.
4. Choose at least ONE primary topic and ONE secondary topic for your paper at the time of submission. The topics must be related to your paper. This information will be used by the committee for assigning appropriate reviewers and scheduling sessions.
5. After submission, you may still make as many changes as you wish. However, this must be done before the given submission deadline. After this date, you may no longer edit, re-submit, add co-authors, re-order author listing, etc.
6. Full paper submission deadline by August 30^th, 2023.
7. Authors will be notified of a decision by October 3^rd, 2023.
8. Final paper submission within 7 days after receiving the acceptance letter. 
9. Submitted papers are written in English.
